Service Description

The Edit is designed for clients who have begun planning but want professional structure, refinement, and seamless execution. Whether you have already secured a venue or a few vendors, this service ensures the remaining details are thoughtfully curated and expertly managed. We step in to organize your vision, fill in the gaps, and oversee logistics so your event feels cohesive, polished, and stress-free. From timeline creation to vendor sourcing for any missing services, The Edit provides the clarity and coordination needed to bring everything together with confidence. This service includes: • Planning kickoff consultation • Review of existing contracts and event details • Vision and design refinement • Budget alignment guidance • Event timeline and run-of-show creation • Floor plan and layout support • Vendor sourcing and booking for any missing services • Vendor communication and coordination • Final walkthrough prior to event day • Event day coordination and on-site management Vendor sourcing is included for services not yet secured. Vendor costs are billed separately. Event Edit Co. does not provide free vendor lists; all vendor recommendations are professionally sourced and managed as part of the service. Booking Note: The initial one-hour session is dedicated to reviewing everything included in the selected package, discussing event needs, and outlining next steps. The session fee is non-refundable. A final invoice will be provided once all event details and scope are confirmed. The Edit is ideal for hosts who want expert oversight and a polished finish while maintaining some control over early planning decisions.


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Event Edit Co. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures a smooth and respectful scheduling experience for all clients. Appointment Confirmation All consultations and planning sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling platform. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. Notification Requirement If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of one (1) hour notice prior to your scheduled session time. This allows us to adjust our calendar and accommodate other clients. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notification will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the session will be automatically canceled. In this case, the booking fee is forfeited and a new session will need to be scheduled at the standard rate. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled once with proper notice. Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may result in cancellation at the discretion of Event Edit Co. Non-Refundable Fees All consultation and session fees are non-refundable, as time slots are reserved exclusively for each client. A final invoice for planning services will be provided once event details and scope of work are confirmed. Punctuality We strive to begin all sessions promptly. If a client arrives late with notification, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect other appointments. By booking with Event Edit Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
