The Signature is Event Edit Co.’s comprehensive planning and curation experience, created for clients who want full-service support from concept to execution. This service is ideal for those who value elevated design, professional structure, and the peace of mind that every detail is intentionally managed. From developing your event vision to sourcing and managing vendors, we lead the entire process with certified project-management precision and creative direction. The Signature allows you to enjoy your event as a guest of honor while we handle logistics, timelines, and behind-the-scenes coordination. This service includes: • Full event concept and vision development • Budget creation and tracking guidance • Venue coordination and logistics planning • Vendor sourcing, booking, and contract management • Design direction and aesthetic planning • Guest experience flow and event structure • Detailed production timeline and schedules • Floor plans and layout mapping • Ongoing vendor communication and oversight • Final walkthrough and rehearsal coordination (if applicable) • Full event day production management and on-site leadership Vendor sourcing and booking are handled entirely by Event Edit Co., with vendor costs billed separately. We do not distribute vendor name lists; instead, we professionally secure and manage all necessary services to ensure quality, alignment, and accountability. Booking Note: The initial one-hour session is used to review the full scope of the selected package, discuss event objectives, and establish planning direction. This session fee is non-refundable. A final invoice will be issued once all event details, vendor needs, and scope of work are finalized. The Signature is for clients who want a refined, seamless experience where creative vision meets structured execution.


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Event Edit Co. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures a smooth and respectful scheduling experience for all clients. Appointment Confirmation All consultations and planning sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling platform. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. Notification Requirement If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of one (1) hour notice prior to your scheduled session time. This allows us to adjust our calendar and accommodate other clients. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notification will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the session will be automatically canceled. In this case, the booking fee is forfeited and a new session will need to be scheduled at the standard rate. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled once with proper notice. Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may result in cancellation at the discretion of Event Edit Co. Non-Refundable Fees All consultation and session fees are non-refundable, as time slots are reserved exclusively for each client. A final invoice for planning services will be provided once event details and scope of work are confirmed. Punctuality We strive to begin all sessions promptly. If a client arrives late with notification, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect other appointments. By booking with Event Edit Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
